Politician to promote D-1280X, a lubricant that reduces harmful products produced by combustion
CANDABA, Pampange - Republican Whip Raymond Haynes visited this town the other day
in a bid to strengthen the partnership between the local government here and the California based company that produces D-1280X, a unique product protected by several US patents.
The Candabenos led by Mayor Jerry Pelayo, Vice Mayor Bienvenido Gatus and the
Sanggunian Bayan members warmly welcomed the US republican politician from the State of California.
It was learned from sources that Haynes is likely to become the next US ambassador
to the Philippines once the US republican party make it in the presidential race in November.
Pelayo, for his part, oriented the former US official on the comprehensive and
integrated efforts of the local government in the preservation and protection of the environment.
Haynes said he was impressed the way the local officials here run the government
which is solely intended for the service and welfare of the people without neglecting the environment concerns.
Haynes said he really appreciated the hospitality of the Candabenos and their
concern for the environment. He also invited Candaba officials to visit his home town in Sacramento, California and their D-1280X company.

Haynes said D-1280X is a combination of high quality, non toxic, specially designed
esters that use only the elements of Carbo, Hydrogen, and Oxygen and by itself, he added, D-1280X is completely harmless.
“It contains zero petroleum products, metals or carcinogenic compounds. It is
99.99976% ashless upon combustion. Basically, that means unlike some additives, it doesn’t leave any harmful residues or pollutants in the environment as it does its job for your engine,” Haynes said.
Haynes explained that when added to fuels like gasoline and diesel D-1280X
significantly reduces hydrocarbons (HC); nitrogen oxides (NOx), carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), particulate matter (PM) and other harmful products produced by combustion. One element that is
increased is 02 (oxygen).
“In the language of common people, by using D-1280X you will get better gas mileage,
less pollution coming out of our car, pay less on maintenance and get better engine performance, “ Haynes said.
“D-1280X reformulates fuel causing two important changes. The first change is in the
“lubricity” of the fuel. D-1280X increase the “lubricity” of the fuel making it more “slippery.” Everywhere the fuel travels, it goes through with greater ease. Not only does the fuel slip through the
system, it also cleans the system,” Haynes pointed out.
Haynes furthered that all the internal components-fuel ines, filters, Carburetor,
spark plugs, and injectors of the car’s fuel system benefit from this cleansing action.
“A cleaner more lubricated engine runs smoother and cooler. The result is less
maintenance. A smoother engine also runs cooler, up to 46% cooler with D-1280X, he said.
The California Air Resources Board’s (CARB) tests showed reductions in hydrocarbon
emissions by up to 31.3%. They also recorded improvement in fuel economy of better than 4%. CARB is one of the world’s most rigorous environmental authorities.
The City of Los Angeles ran tests of its own to evaluate D-1280X. The tests showed
reductions of up to 86% in exhaust smoke opacity, the black smoke that comes out of tall pipes.
Data collected from tests performed by the CARB and EPA certified laboratories
confirmed that by mixing 1 oz. per 10 gallons of fuel, D-1280X cut emissions of oxides and nitrogen (N0x) by an average of 5%, hydrocarbons by 39% and particulate matter (soot) by 26%, carbon monoxide by
27% and carbon monoxide b;y 27% and carbon dioxide by 7%.
Smoke opacity was reduced by an average of 52%! In the latest tests conducted by
OMSTAR, maker of D-1280X, fuel economy was improved by 9.42%. This means D-1280X pays for itself, gives you extra performance, horsepower, and lower maintenance costs.
